I can think of two clear healing miracles that I have been directly involved in.
(I suspect there have been a few more that I have either forgotten, or never heard the results of). But I know there have at least been two. And something really bothers me about this: why have there only been two?
私は今までに自分が体験した２つの奇跡的に癒されたものを考える事が出来ます（もう少し幾つか
あるはずですが、忘れているか、その結果を聞いていないのではっきり言えないのです）
でも少なくても２つはあります。そして時々なぜ２つしかないのかと思います。
When Peter and John healed the crippled beggar at the temple gates, the first thing they said to the crowd of amazed onlookers was this: “Why are you surprised?” なぜこの事を不思議に思うのか。
Indeed, why should we be surprised?
ペテロとヨハネが身体障害者の乞食に門前で直した時、驚いている野次馬達に最初に言った言葉は
これです：なぜあなた方は驚くのですか？ 確かに私達はなぜ驚くのでしょうか？
This morning I would like to introduce our primary theme for this year.
今朝は私達がこの一年主に学んで行くテーマを紹介します。
Your Kingdom Come. 御国がきますように。
This has been laid heavily on my heart and I really want to share it with you and I want to encourage you to join me in seeking the Kingdom of God and in praying God’s Kingdom into this world.
これはずっと私の心に強く据えていてみなさんと共に御国を探し求め分かち合いこの世に御国が
来ますようにと祈りたいのです。
‘Your Kingdom Come’ is, of course, the first thing that Jesus taught us to pray in the Lord’s Prayer after calling on the name of God the Father and exalting His name. And it makes it clear right from the start that there are different Kingdoms.
‘御国がきますように’とは勿論、始めにイエスが私達に父なる神の名を呼び彼の名を崇め、
主の祈りを教えてくれました。それは始めから様々な違う王国が存在しているという事がはっきりと示されています。
This world is not all there is. （この世に）存在するのはこの世界だけではありません。
There is the Kingdom of light and there is the Kingdom of darkness.
光の国と闇の国があります。
There is the Kingdom of glory and there is the Kingdom of the flesh. There is the Kingdom of God
and there is the Kingdom of Satan.
栄光の国と肉の国があります。神の御国とサタンの国があります。
The kingdom of this world and the Kingdom of God are entirely different. この世と神の王国とは全く
異なります。
And crucially, we are called to pray God’s Kingdom into this worldly Kingdom.
そして決定的に、私達はこの世俗的な国に神の御国を祈るために召されています。
Let’s look at some scripture – 20 verses! (and there are any others) – that talk about the Kingdom of God – and each one reveals something vital and powerful about the Christian life.
では、いくつか聖書個所-20箇所!（もっと他にもあるのですが）- これらの聖句は神の御国について
話されていてクリスチャンとして各々が重要で力強く明らかにしています。
Repent, for the kingdom of heaven has come near. Matthew 3:2

Jesus went throughout Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, proclaiming the good news of the kingdom, and healing every disease and sickness among the people. Matthew 4:23

He appeared to them over a period of forty days and spoke about the kingdom of God. Acts 1:3

Do you get the message? The Kingdom of God is to be front and centre in the way that we live our lives.
これらのメッセージが分かりますか？神の御国は最も重要な部分であり中心です私達の人生を生きる
方法です。
In the gospel of Matthew alone, Jesus is recorded 11 times as saying ‘The Kingdom of heaven is like…’.
マルコ自身の福音書に、イエスは11回も言っています天国は、。。。のようなものである。
と記録されています。
The Kingdom of God is something that Jesus wants us to understand and to claim and to experience.
神の国はイエスが私たちに理解し、自分のものとし、経験してほしいと願っているものです。
Let me share with you an excerpt from Bill Johnson’s book When Heaven Invades Earth (which I will be referring to from time to time over the coming weeks and months):
ビル・ジョンソン氏の本『天が地に侵入するとき』から抜粋したのをシェアーしましょう。
（今後もその都度この本を随時言及します。）
“Next we asked about Luke’s neck. He told me he had cancer and was given a couple of years to live. He went on to explain that the brace was necessary because of the loss of muscles in his neck. The brace held his head in place. By this time, a group had gathered, not to watch, but to participate. At my request he removed the brace while another man in our church, a medical doctor, safely held his head. As we began to pray I heard the doctor command new muscles to grow. He called them by their Latin names. I was impressed. When we were finished, Luke turned his head from side to side. All was restored. He then placed his hand on the side of his neck and exclaimed, ‘The lumps are gone!’
私達は次にルークの首について質問しました。彼は、自分はガンの為にあと２〜３年の命しかないと
答えました。そして続けて、自分の首は筋肉を失っているため固定する装具が必要だと説明して
くれました。彼はその保護装具によって首を支えていました。その頃には人だかりが、ただ見物する
ためにではなく、参加するために集まってきていました。私の教会の教会員で医者でもある人が
慎重に彼の頭を支える中、ルークは私が言ったように首から装具を外しました。
私たちが祈り始めた時、この医者が新しい筋肉が成長するように命じているのが聞こえました。
彼がラテン語でそれらの筋肉を、名をもって呼び出しているのを聞いて私は感動を覚えました。
私達が祈り終えた時、ルークは頭を左右に動かしてみました。全ては回復しました。
彼は首に手を置いて、「腫瘍が無くなっている！」と叫びました。
His doctor gave him a clean bill of health, and the miracles continued long past the physical healing. Luke and Jennifer began to serve Jesus as their Lord and Saviour. Within weeks Luke got a job, the first time he had worked in 17 years. Jesus heals the whole person.”
ルークが完治したことは彼の主治医を通して証明されました。その奇跡は彼の肉体の癒しに留まる
ことはなく、ルークとジェニファーは主イエスを救い主として受け入れ、仕え始めたのです。
それから数週間以内にルークは何と17年ぶりに仕事を得る事も出来たのです。
イエスは彼のすべてを癒して下さったのです。
Johnson goes on to talk about how this sort of thing should be normal in the Christian life; how the response to this account should be the same as that of Peter and John: why are you surprised?
ジョンソン氏はどのようにこのようなことはクリスチャン生活に普通であるべきかを話しています。
ペテロとヨハネが：どうして驚くの？って言ったように、どのようにこの説明を応答するのかを
話してくれています。
Any lack of miracles is not God’s unwillingness, it’s a problem of our own lack of knowledge of the Kingdom of God which can only be remedied by the Holy Spirit moving in desperate people.
奇跡がないのは神に奇跡を行う気がないのではありません。神の御国の知識に私たちが欠けている
ところに問題があるのです。それは聖霊が絶望的な人々のうちに動くことによってのみ改善できるのです。
Bringing God’s Kingdom to the earth is not about extraordinary people. It’s about ordinary people serving an extraordinary God.
神の御国を地にもたらすのは特別な人たちのすることではありません。それは普通の人たちが
特別な神に仕えることです。
Johnson concludes the opening to his book with some very challenging words:
ジョンソン氏は結論としてとても印象強い言葉を彼の本の始めに述べています。
“We will no longer make up excuses for powerlessness because powerlessness is inexcusable.”
無力であることの言い訳はしません。なぜなら無力ということは言い訳できないことだからです。
Let us be a people who openly display the raw power of God. So this year, and today, let’s prayerfully, humbly, boldly and obediently pray the Kingdom of God into our lives and into our world.
私達は神の真の力をみせる人々になりましょう。
今年、そして今日よく祈り、謙虚に、大胆で従順に私達の生活とそして私達の世界に神の御国が
来ますようにと祈りましょう。
